Am really liking Afrihost, their constants know their products, this is impressive, I always WhatsApp to contact them and my issue is resolved without picking up a phone. Wonderful service, happy customer.

ISP of the Year 2023! And if you do not want to struggle, you make use Afrihost! Friendly easy to use and relieble and after hour friendly support. I was at other providers as well, but Afrihost really stands out above the rest! Oh and you choose TELKOM for endless frustration! Thanks again to Afrihost for excellent service. I love Afrihost! The registration was a little of a struggle because it was new to me. Getting to register my Router on their APN and just the payment method also. But once I was set, everything was smooth sailing ever since. Great custmer care, tops service! Awesome company this is!

We have been with Afrrihost since the start of ADSL. Afrihost is the most cost effective of all the ISPs. They have upgraded the speed of the line on a few occasions at no extra cost. They evev upgraded our fibre from capped to uncapped at no extra cost. They relocated our fibre in a very short time. Support staff usually answer queries very quickly and are friendly and helpful. The owner of Afrihost Giaan, often contacts us personally about free upgrades and promotions. Afrihost is a very personalised ISP. Comparing our fibre speed it is cheaper than other ISPs.

Best internet service provider in South Africa! I have never had a single worry. The whatsapp chat line is quick and efficient. The app works excellent to view your invoices, usage and local faults. Everything you need to maintain your afrihost account in one simple app. Account payments are also done very easily and you receive updates on possible line faults in your area. If you are looking for a internet service provider, stop right here because you will not get any better. Keep it up Afrihost team!
