I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! For the first time since our installation our fibre line went off. So on a Sunday morning I tried out the Whatsapp Service and spoke to Thulanie. He was very helpful but I wasn't expecting a solution at least for a few days... 3 hours didn't pass when Thabang (the technician) phoned me and said he was at my gate. He was kind and most helpful. I'm beyond grateful that our line was fixed at such a speedy pace and with such a great attitude from both Thulanie and Thabang. This gives me so much hope for our country!

As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to.
